The One, at 1 Bloor Street West, Toronto is an 82-storey condominium, hotel, and retail tower by Mizrahi Developments, and designed by world-renowned Foster + Partners with acclaimed Core Architects. The ONE Bloor West project has been designed to achieve the Canada Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification for incorporating environmentally-sustainable construction practices and energy-efficient design, and the project is currently tracking for Gold certification. Construction began in the early fall of 2017, with a completion date of late 2023 due to the on going COVID-19 Pandemic. CCM helped manage and develop the construction plan throughout the complex excavation & below grade construction turning over the projects construction management to Mizrahi to complete the project from the ground floor onwards.
A boutique Midrise in Yorkville, built as a modern interpretation of a classical 19th century European midrise, the 9 storey structure is carefully articulated in a rich material palette of masonry, glass and metal. Its allure is both simple and complex, a building of serene symmetry and proportion with a layering of technical innovations, exquisite detail and fine finishes, sourced for their superlative design and beauty. Construction began in mid fall of 2017 with a completion date of late 2020 due to the on going COVID-19 Pandemic. CCM managed the major construction of the development to the closing of the envelope and the main suite rough-ins, turning over the completion of the high-end interior finishes to the Mizrahi management team.
Bordering on the popular Westboro neighbourhood, at the corner of Island Park Drive and Wellington West, is an important civic thoroughfare in the thriving west-end neighbourhood adjacent to Westboro. It is in the heart of a growing residential community of wonderful restaurants, artisanal food shops, boutiques and galleries. A beautiful green space with park benches and public art graces the western corner, enhancing the streetscape and the pleasure of walking through the neighbourhood. CCM has been brought on board to facilitate the construction management and coordination of the fitout process of the office space for CORE Architects.

CCM is fortunate to take on the management of +1 km worth of communications infrastructure upgrades for Bell Canada Between Yonge Street and Parliament on Queens Quay. The project was completed in 10 weeks, with site conditions that included heavily contaminated soil & ground water sent to their respective remedial facilities, unforeseen conditions including pier tiebacks, installation of 3 new precast manholes in coordination with Waterfront Toronto as well as other utilities in the area. The new infrastructure shall serve all new residential and commercial buildings along Toronto’s waterfront redevelopment.
