Galleria on the Park is carrying on the legacy of it’s community based and artistic neighbourhood with the creation of a master-planned community at Dufferin & Dupont by Elad Canada. Phase 1 of the master-planned community will consist of two towers of 24 and 29 storeys with a shared podium of 11 storeys and 5 levels of underground parking. Combined, the towers will have approximately 608 units, 150 of which will be dedicated to affordable rental housing and will overlook the rejuvenated Wallace Emerson Park. Designed by Toronto based Hariri Pontarini and interiors by Design Agency, Block 2 will resemble the distinct Flat Iron appeal, and as the entranceway to a retail and urban walkway through the Galleria development. The second development phase of Galleria on the Park will consist of 3 levels of underground parking that will be later joined by Block 1 and 3’s development, a 29 storey residential tower, 55 000 sq ft of leasable retail space, 429 suites, and a central heating & cooling plant that will service the galleria development.
Sitting under 6 levels of below grade parking at the WELL campus and excavating to a few meters above sea level. CCM is advising Enwave on the construction and coordination of an approx. 8 million litre tank that will supply the heating and cooling for the Well development. This project has the potential for the expansion of heating and cooling to future developments across western Toronto.
Art Shoppe Condos at 2131 Yonge Street, by Freed Developments and Capital Developments, with design by architectsAlliance, Interiors by Cecconi Simone, and Landscape Design by Janet Rosenberg + Studio. Partnering with Capital Developments, CCM has been tasked to help finish the closeout components of the project and delivery warranty related items.
In development with H&R REIT and being designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the 310 Front st redevelopment will bring a new 69 storey mixed use tower to the downtown core of Toronto. CCM is proud to be helping H&R REIT with the pre-planning of the demolition and new construction of the project.
Enwave’s heating and cooling supply expansion to new developments to western Toronto will bring sustainable energy to buildings in Toronto that had none. CCM is advising Enwave with planning and sequencing of the installation of their expansion that will also be in schedule with the commissioning of the WELL Campus Thermal Tank.
RioCan Hall is a mixed-use development located at 126 John Street, between Richmond Street West and John Street in Toronto in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment and Theatre District, with quick access to St. Andrew Subway Station, Roy Thompson Hall, and Princess of Wales Theatre. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects for RioCan, the project proposes redevelopment of the Scotiabank Theatre in the Entertainment District containing two residential towers at 39 and 42 storeys, which includes 685 residential units, retail, office space, a daycare, the replacement of the existing movie theatre, and a new POPS. CCM has been tasked to help RioCan with the pre-planning of the demolition and preconstruction services, including alignment with sustainability and construction guidelines.
Designed by BDP Quadrangle, 1875 Steeles Ave West proposes to redevelop a site with an existing rental apartment building dating back to 1973. The site is located on the south side of Steeles, east of Dufferin Street and west of the West Don River ravine parklands. The project includes three new residential towers (37, 31 & 12-storeys) connected by a 5-storey podium, with total gross floor area of 667,319 sq ft and 866 residential units (including 120 rental replacement units). The development also includes a 16,964 sq ft public park south of the building, outdoor amenities, landscaping, and significant land dedication to the TRCA. CCM is proud to be helping housing developer Tenblock with the pre-planning of the demolition and preconstruction of the project.
34 Southport Street is a new condominium development by State Building Group. Located by The Queensway & Windermere Avenue, the building is situated only 5 minutes from the Gardiner Expressway and Jane Station, just steps from multiple TTC Transit stops, and surrounded with a great selection of parks including Humber Bay Park East & West, High Park, and Sir Casimir Gzowski Park. Designed by Richmond Architects, this pair of condo towers will hold 27 and 30 storeys high, with 656 units and over 20 000 sq ft of retail space. The towers will be built over 4 levels of underground parking, with 784 parking spaces, 692 bicycle parking spaces. CCM is proud to be assisting State Building Group with our preconstruction services.
The 3200 Dundas West is a project located on the north side of Dundas Street West between St. John’s Place and Gilmour Avenue by Gairloch Developments. The proposed development was designed by BDP Quadrangle and includes a mid-rise 8-storey residential building with a total of 89 units divided in 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, and retail space at ground floor level with a total of 1,313 sq ft. The project will redevelop an area that currently have three buildings, which are a two-storey mixed-use building, a two-storey church, and a two-storey residential dwelling, bringing improvements to the public realm by adding a diverse range of housing types, a considerably enlarged sidewalk, and extending the vibrant retail character of the Junction further west. 3239 Dundas Street West Condos is a new condo development by Gairloch Developments. This project has proposed 8-storey mixed-use condominium building with a total of 88 units designed by Batay-Csorba Architects. The condo development is located at Dundas Street West and Gilmour Avenue in Toronto, served by local bus services on Dupont, Dundas and Keele streets that connects the area to subway lines and future LRT stop. This condo is currently in preconstruction phase and CCM is proud to be helping Gairloch Developments with preconstruction services.
8 Elm is a new mixed-use high-rise condominium building designed by IBI Group for Reserve Properties and Capital Developments. This project has proposed a 68-storey with a maximum of 218.2 meters to the top of the mechanical penthouse and a total of 892 sq. m. for retail in addition to 825 units including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms unit types. It is located on the northwest corner of Elm and Yonge streets in Downtown Toronto steps away from major downtown attractions including the Eaton Centre and Yonge-Dundas Square. The property is currently occupied by the James Fleming Buildings, designated heritage buildings that are being used as office spaces. The new building will be integrated into the heritage facade to ensure the street’s historic character is properly preserved. This condo is currently in the preconstruction phase and CCM is proud to be selected by Reserve Properties and Capital Developments for the preconstruction and construction services.
